2. The Consultation or Preview
Next, we schedule an in-person consultation or a preview of the home. This allows us to assess the space, take measurements, and start visualizing the layout. 3. Design & Planning
Once we’ve previewed the space, the design magic begins. Our team carefully selects furnishings, artwork, and accessories from our curated StyleHouse inventory to create a cohesive, elevated design plan. Every item is chosen with intention—designed to draw the eye to your home’s strengths and create an inviting, aspirational atmosphere.
4. Packing & Prep
Behind the scenes, our logistics and staging teams are hard at work. We pack and prep all selected furnishings, art, and décor—down to the last pillow—so that everything is ready for a smooth and efficient install. Our goal is to ensure that stage day is fast, professional, and seamless.
5. Stage Day
This is where everything comes together. Our team arrives on-site and transforms your home into a beautifully staged space. Each piece is installed with care and attention to detail. From statement furniture to artful accessories, we create a look that feels elevated, welcoming, and market-ready.
6. Destaging After the Sale
Once your home sells (yay!), we return to carefully remove all staging items. Our team handles the entire destaging process efficiently and respectfully, leaving your home clean and clear for closing.
