Job Description:
Are you a persuasive communicator with a flair for design and a passion for real estate? We want to hear from you! As our Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building relationships with clients, showcasing our home staging solutions, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and outreach.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their home staging needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and present engaging sales proposals that showcase our services and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with the staging team to align sales initiatives with service execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, homeowners, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.
Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system and report on performance.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate, home design, or a related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
Basic knowledge of home staging and design principles is a plus.
Proficient in Google Suite and Honeybook CRM software.
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Social Media Marketing experience is preferred, but not required.
