Consultations are the foundation of any staging plan. The way you live in your home is different from the way you market your home. This is why we recommend that EVERY home seller starts here!

Our comprehensive consultation begins at the curb and moves through your home, room by room. Our goal is to ensure your home appeals to today’s buyers by considering the furniture placement to maximize square footage and flow, highlight the fixed assets, and so much more!
We will make recommendations on editing each space, all to create strong marketing photos. The MLS listing is the first showing, therefore it is important to present your home at its very best!

You will receive a “Pre-Listing Action Plan”, “home“work to complete, and other valuable information. You will be well on your way to a successful sale!

This may be all you need to get your home ready for market. However, if you need additional help we have options for YOU!

OWNER-OCCUPIED

Post consultation, we will return at a later scheduled date. During this time, we will stage and prepare your home, using what you have in your home. If needed, we will add an accessories package to complete the look. The smallest of details are taken into consideration as we complete each room. It will then be ready for professional photos, online listings, and in-person showings as it is now positioned for a quick and profitable sale!
